In a sea of skin care product choices it’s difficult to discern what products and ingredients are best for anti-aging regiments. Add to that, a declining economy and consumers want to know more then ever their hard earned dollars are being spent wisely.

There are many ingredients to choose from and every skin care provider will tell you why you should purchase their product. The ingredient retinol is still one of the biggest bangs for the buck. Physicians and scientific researchers now recognize the tremendous preventative and anti-aging potential of antioxidants when applied to the surface of the skin. Antioxidants aid in preventing cellular damage and aging. Most importantly, when choosing a sunscreen, look for labels that say broad spectrum which insures UVA and UVB protection.
